Montenegro

Montenegro joined Eurovision in 2007, having participated as part of Yugoslavia. Their best result was 13th in 2015. Financial issues led to withdrawals in 2010, 2014, and 2018. Montenegro returned in 2022 but faced financial constraints, leading to their absence in 2023.
