Latvia debuted in Eurovision in 2000, winning in 2002. After a hiatus from 2009 to 2014 due to non-qualification, Latvia returned in 2015 with a top 10 finish. They've faced challenges, often finishing last in semi-finals. Notably, all entries are in English except for three instances. National finals typically determine Latvia's Eurovision representative.
